Ha durado menos de un año

Menos de un año es lo que ha durado, tanto en la biela derecha como la izquierda. El plástico se agrieta sin forzarlo, ni tocarlo. He cambiado dos veces la batería y la segunda vez al desmontarlo se han caído pedazos del plástico y ya no es estanco, si montara con lluvia 100% que entraría humedad. En la biela izquierda la junta de goma interior de la tapa de la batería se ha caído completamente seca, tampoco tiene estanqueidad y cuando pongo la tapa se cae sin mas, he tenido que ponerle un trozo de camara de latex para sujetarla. Y además, el dispositivo pierde conexión todo el tiempo con la computadora, últimamente las lecturas de potencia y cadencia son ridículas y es misión imposible hacer el zero offset desde la app de 4iiii y/o la computadora de mi bicicleta. He enviado el dispositivo al dealer para que accione la garantía, espero me envíen la nueva versión y que no tenga estos problemas, porque es claramente un defecto de diseño y calidad de materiales.

Poor customer service from an unreliable product

This power meter was supplied as standard on my 2024 S-Works SL8 Tarmac... since using this it has proven to be very unreliable, often dropping connection and requiring constant troubleshooting, battery pod very poor design, very fast battery drain and constant dropping of connection during rides. Recently, it failed to connect all together on the crank arm side... having contacted the customer service department , their only resolution to help me would be for me to send my crank arm to them for 3/4 weeks!!!... which as most will understand who are riding/racing regularly is simply not an option (no offer of temporary replacement or anything meaningful/ helpful for me as a customer), so now i am left in a situation with a dead power meter (which is a common issue with this product) and no reasonable path of resolution from 4iiii customer service, other than to live without my bike for weeks. So i guess i'm left with a product less than 1 year old that does'nt work anymore. Very poor from start to finish. I would not recommend this device, not only from the hardware side of things, but even more so from the customer care side of things.
