Exactly 20 days ago, I still haven't received anything, yesterday I asked for help at 4iiii in Spain, their help was to say to contact the post office!! But which post office? There's nothing in the email saying the post office, there was no help, what am I going to do? I'm going to file a complaint with my bank about fraud.
