PRECISION 3 & 3+ Maintenance Kit

Recibido pedido en tiempo según me iban avisando. La tapa recibida del potenciómetro no contiene la junta torica. He realizado dos e.mail en el apartado contactar, no he tenido respuesta. He preguntado en varias ferreterías y no encuentro de esa medida. Agradecería con contestaran al caso.

Very quick shipping, but little expensive art

First, my battery cap came loose and has gone missing, even though I’ve taken great care of the unit and I’m unsure how the cap came off.
Then, I ordered a maintenance kit and now, It has been three weeks with no delivery, no tracking number, nothing. I contacted [****], and they asked me to reach out to [****], but I haven’t received any response.

It is very expensive for a plastic battery cover

I had a problem with the delivery and they were impeccable.
They always responded very quickly to my questions.
I don't usually put my credit card number in my online purchases and when I didn't receive the order I was worried. However, they were always correct.
