No delivery, no tracking, no response

First, my battery cap came loose and has gone missing, even though I’ve taken great care of the unit and I’m unsure how the cap came off.
Then, I ordered a maintenance kit and now, It has been three weeks with no delivery, no tracking number, nothing. I contacted [****], and they asked me to reach out to [****], but I haven’t received any response.

It is very expensive for a plastic battery cover
